From what I understand, a segment is cancelled.
You'll be eligible for 3 which waives the fare difference and penalties. See below.
Thanks for pointing out the options, it's really helpful. Just one more question, does the FOC rebook option also applies to my outbound (LHR-HKG) flight as well?
