Everything has disappeared - when I try to MMB nothing comes up. I definitely selected Future Voucher when I got the e-mail which probably explains this but the Qatar agent firstly couldn't find the booking and then said there was nothing he could do and I would have to take either the refund or alternative flight (these are the only options that come up when I select Future Voucher). There is no longer Future Voucher with 10% added
