I received a cancellation to my April 2021 Vietnam flight in dec 2020. I chose the option to take a future travel voucher which included a 10% addition. I didn't get an e-mail confirming the details. When I click this in the original e-mail I only get the option to rebook or cancel with refund. I have tried the call centre who said there was nothing they could do as they couldn't locate the voucher details. The person I spoke to was very unhelpful and couldn't even find my booking for over 20 mins. When I asked to speak to a manager he eventually came back to me and said this would be sorted but I suspect this was only to get me off the phone. Should I give up and ask for a refund?
