we tend to eat at Publican T3 during luncheon so it’s all about sandwiches and pretzels. So good. So fun. I’m glad to know about their actual restaurant because we never considered that possibility :-)
My understanding was that the airport location had a much different menu, more suited for the location. The original was founded on the idea that the 3 best foods one could eat were pork, oysters, and beer. It's morphed over the years into what I would call highly-elevated peasant food. Still have great beer and even a beer sommelier. And there's enough on the menu that you don't have to order pork

. It seems like forever ago, but it was one of my favorite weekend brunches in Chicago as well.
