I did a bunch of research, could never get a firm answer from Singapore Airlines, so I had developed a backup plan to ask them on arrival and to ship it via FedEx if they said no. I had sourced some dry ice and bought a shipping box that I would have checked in with my luggage (wasn’t confident about finding an appropriate box there). I even bought some “just add water” cold packs in case the dry ice supplier fell through. And then COVID cancelled my trip. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
