Actually I sometimes put goat cheese on chilaqilles so I know it works with Mexicanish food

Tonight, in honor of a Lent Friday (we are not Catholic), breaded pan fried grouper, fries, homemade tartar sauce. Maybe a veg, maybe not. Sometimes it just works out that your dinner lines up with the calendar
