Not sure what's more unbalanced, threatening to kill someone over a couple of points or thinking that by saying it that the employee would back down from doing her job.

Presume Hertz has or will shut down the account so the points won't matter, along the way to adding OP to its DNR and notifying law enforcement of the death threat.
