Absolutely agree that it is despicable to threaten to infect Hertz's members of staff for you not liking the terms and conditions of an award booking

The terms for awards in common questions at https://www.hertz.com.au/rentacar/mi...e=GPR_FAQs.jsp does state

Assuming that you hold 5* status and did not cancel within 24 hours of making the booking, the refund of 75% is spot on what it shoudl be

Hopefully Hertz will refer such threats to the police
