Blah. We will return to our usual Mexican restaurant. On hold for 4 minutes until my order was taken. Not given a pickup time so waited 15 minutes for food. The restaurant seemed chaotic despite not appearing too busy. Food was bland, presented with no style. Prices were on the high side of the local standard. At least they got the order correct.

yes, the packaging specifically mentions it. I’m not really sure if any sausage can have a non-pork casing for that specific function. I feel that soyrizo and tofurkey sausages lack casings :-)
I think I’ve had vegan sausages with removable plastic casings.
