Hi guys!

My flight from Dar es Salaam with QR was supposed to depart at 23:10 on 31st March.
On Saturday it got rescheduled to depart at 21:10 on 31st March. I accepted this change in the QR "my booking" website.
On Sunday this flight got cancelled totally (e-mail stated they´re cancelling the flight departing at 23:10 on 31st March - incorrect information).
I got rescheduled automatically on the flight daparting DAR one day earlier than my original flight - on 30th March.
I can not take this flight and so I called in to have this changed to 1st April rather (+1 day from my original booking, not -1 day as rescheduled automatically).

My request got declined by Contact Centre staff, because "the system automatically reserved a seat for me one day earlier and if I want a change I have to pay for the fare difference - over 200€".
Another person told me that there is no "O" fare on the 1st April where I could be rebooked on for free.
But there was also no "O" fare on the 30th March, where I got rescheduled on - both flights on 30th March and on 1st April the system shows "N" fares are the lowest.

I really don´t think I should be paying the fare difference here.
Any opinions will be highly appreaciated.
