I am not sure what a "popup jail" is but I have a similar question regarding the frequency of AMEX applications.
I currently have 2 Amex credit cards (Marriott and DL) and 1 business card (Blue Plus) and would like to apply for an AMEX Platinum Card. I would also like to apply for an AMEX Business Marriott card. The Blue card is <12 months, though I have 1 Chase and 1 Citi app during the past year.
If I apply for the Plat card will I have to wait months to apply for the business card? I am aware of the 2/90 rule and the 4 card max rule for credit cards.
