If Delta isn't going to provide service on long hauls in F, one thing they should do is give an airport voucher so someone can grab something to eat at the airport before a long flight or to eat in flight.
This is exactly what is happening... They are not surveying frequent/business/elite travelers anymore. I haven't gotten a survey email in 9 months and at the time was a 360. They are only citing the infrequent flyer going to see the long lost family that haven't flown in a year! That is what triggers a survey email. Not one that flies very week or month. Ed should resign. This nonsense is ridiculous.
