I'll give jetBlue credit for improving their hard product. But who thought it was a great idea to make these seats aisle-facing? It makes things less private. You can see everyone going up and down the aisle, even when you are in lie-flat mode. And maybe it's just the image mock-up, but there doesn't seem to be much shoulder room. The seat seems to be jammed up against the cabin's side-panel, with not much space between the seat and the divider on the other side. On the other hand, I'm sure the inflight soft-product will be much better than what the other U.S.-based carriers are offering TATL.
