Employees of the resort. Take it with a grain of salt because last shutdown St. Regis ended opening almost a month earlier then their announced re-opening. Although June/July are considered lower season so it may be more of a business decision if it is true.
As fond as I am of the StR, I am looking forward to the Le Meridien reopening when this madness ends hopefully.
