You'd probably be OK with the NHS test. However, do you know what the email will look like? What it it just says "NOT DETECTED" with nothing else? You'd then be scrambling around trying to arrange a last minute test, probably at great cost!

If it were me, I'd probably just have both tests just to be sure.
