Beecher's is really, really good. They have a shop at SEA C Concourse where you can buy their many varieties of cheese and/or made-to-order grilled cheese sandwiches (what else!), mac-n-cheese, soups, etc.

Worth a stop-in regardless the terminal(s) you're transiting.
