Hi all, I have a flight booked to Dubai this February, and was wondering what format people have had their COVID test results in for presentation to the airline at check-in, and for entry into Dubai. Most providers in the Bay Area won't give you a "paper certificate" that Dubai asks for themselves, but I'm hoping I can print out the one I get through email or an online portal. The one I'd have would look like the attachment, does that look like a suitable document? (It says Hawaii on the certificate because every test provider here assumes you need the result for travel to Hawaii).
