This is for all guests that are staying at the Hyatt Zilara/Ziva Cap Cana. It doesn't matter if you booked your reservation with directly with the Hyatt, Playa Resorts, Expedia, or another 3rd party. If you are a guest at the resort, you have access to that benefit, period.

I'm not sure how it all works with the financial relationship, but Playa Resorts owns and manages the Hyatt Zilara/Ziva Cap Cana along with some of the other Zilara/Ziva properties.
