cut a pink grapefruit in half and gently squeeze out a little of the juice. Put grapefruit on oven safe pan and pour a little vodka over (replaces the squeezed out juice). Sprinkle with brown sugar and put under the broiler to melt the sugar. You're welcome.
I have had cara cara but they’re not going to show up here regularly. When I can move about freely again, I will look for some change of pace produce at Fresh Market. For now, Publix and Winn Dixie are nearby.
