Yeah this one's tricky. UA (operator of this flight) sees me in PZ, AC sees me in P, AC booked me in B, AC issued a ticket in P.... it's just not lining up.
Usually for me it's just been a SDC where they slightly mess something up, but a concierge has been on the phone with United for a while now.
