There's some other recent threads noting these issues. I get same errors, but there do seem to be very limited dates on this route with availability in Main/C+ (Sep 29 - Oct 5, for example). Not sure if this is due to limiting inventory for certs beyond LUTXV bucket availability, or just general bugginess. I would try calling.
