FWIW - inaccuracy alone is not sufficient to state a cause of action. The inaccuracy must be enough to result excess baggage fee in order to qualify.
Based on the state audit report, there is only 1 substantiated complaint. Also - the audit reveals that 5 out of 64 scales inspected were against consumers.
It is highly unlike a class action based on the information so far.
