For essential business travel, this is simply a cost of doing business. One would have hoped that a responsible business would assure that its people are tested pre-flight in even absent a government Order.

For anything non-essential, neither Canada nor the US are encouraging this and if it makes travel all the more expensive, that furthers the goal.

For Mexico / Carribean tourism destinations, efforts are being made by high-end resorts to offer in-room testing or at least on premises.
