I saw that in the news yesterday. Though I feel like the true indicator is going to be when QR resumes flights to DXB, AUH and BAH with the other national airlines reciprocating. :-)

My family might need to fly QR to get back to the US if European layover restrictions aren't changed since their current tickets are on LH but they still can't get on those planes (they're on tourist visas). Though QR flights still aren't terribly cheap compared to LH and BA.
