You bought your ticket after they declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy, right?

I will tell you right now Aeromexico will NEVER EVER provide you with hotel accommodation, they are the scum of this Earth. You have two options: (1) credit card chargeback or (2) pay for the hotel yourself and then sue them in a small claims court to recover your costs.

They only comply when the judge forces them to. Been there.
