To provide an extreme example, when the Westin first opened, its Sunday brunch (champagne, caviar, king crab, etc) was Y200 pp, but buy 2, get 1 free (not a bad deal when you're in your early 20s and have a huge appetite). Now, that exact same brunch costs Y600, and it often sells out.
