I have staid at both several times and had no problems with either one. I usually pick the HGI as the breakfast has more options (more hot food) and the high speed internet access is also nice, I dont remember Homewood having it the last time i stayed there but it has been a while. Both properties are right there together and I guess it depends on what you like and how long you will be there but nothing extra special or extra bad about either property. I think you will find them both to be average Homewood and HGI's.
