So you got two violations, one for registration and one for a parking violation?
Budget will pay both first, so late fees don't pile up but they will come after you for the parking violation plus administration fee I would believe.
It is not that hard to read NYC parking signs with a little thought and understanding like "Top to Bottom" that's how you read them. "Red you're Dead" don't think about parking, "Except is for non-private vehicles: if it has one don't park". 2 Excepts put your thinking cap on and if it takes more than a few seconds to understand move on.
