No arrival lounges.
You have to claim luggage and go through US immigration and customs. If you have bags and don't have Global Entry, best to take the 12 noon flight, or to be more on the safe end, 1:30pm. For the record, you are on separate tickets, so you will not be protected in case you miss your onward flight to OMA.
