For all of Cuomo’s bluster, it seems that any old piece of paper will do... ANY test is acceptable to NY authorities and will allow you to board. Yes, even the useless antigen ones and the ‘flow’ things that are almost totally discredited by any vaguely sensible scientist. (Caveat - this is the situation now but is clearly ridiculous, so could change in future.)
