Doesn't your local grocer sell brisket? Here it's a fairly common cut. We can also buy the brisket already "corned", although it sometimes is difficult to find whole other than around St. Patrick's Day. I've never cooked one, because I don't love boiled meat, and that's the common preparation for St. Pats. Eventually I'll get a smoker and try making one the better way.
