Ah - yep, we do say corned beef hash, which is a big favorite of mine that I’ve not yet tried to cook. Hmmm
decades of restaurant meals of corned beef hash and eggs. Mega lol.

I hope that you find the Bloom’s recipe for salt beef :-)
I’m definitely curious - I myself don’t even know how to find or buy brisket!
