Indeed. As of this hour, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Ireland and Austria have either entirely or almost entirely closed travel access from the UK. France and Germany are currently discussing the same whilst asking for an EU wide response which Spain is also calling for, and the Czech Republic has significantly increased quarantine restrictions for people arriving from the UK. This is in addition to Scotland effectively enforcing a travel ban between Scotland and England more thoroughly than ever before.

I truly hope that I am wrong, but from the vibe I'm getting, I very much fear that in the next few days, and for a number of weeks, most if not all travel from the UK to the EU might become impossible (in addition to separate and unrelated Brexit challenges to come).
