PHBC lobby bar is closed for the foreseeable future, I believe the Eagle county 25% capacity restrictions on indoor dining/bars expire tomorrow, however they might be extended. During a normal holiday season it can be a struggle to get dining reservations, so I can't imagine this holiday season will be any better with reduced capacity seating.
8100 is open with great food as always!
We were just there 5 days ago and the Lobby bar was open, we had drinks and appetizers in the lobby every afternoon. In any event, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I booked the Mt Powell Suite and was upgraded to the James Chadwick Suite which is the 2nd best room in the hotel. The skiing wasn't great when we were there, but the experience at the hotel more than made up for the lack of trails open.
