My wife is literally under doctor's orders to consume red meat. She had been a vegetarian for years, then added seafood about a decade or so ago "for the health benefits." Now she has been told that for at least the next couple of months that she needs to consume red meat. (Do you want a referral to this doctor?

)
I cook a fair bit of steak at home for myself, often either as "just" steak or sliced on salad, in tacos, etc. I'm tired of steak now after having it every dinner for a week (to the point I have eaten vegetarian dinners now for a couple of days while she tries each different cut of steak I've cooked up).
We're likely doing burgers tonight, but I realized just how many other beef-based dishes there are that she has missed out on and may be open to eating while medically necessary. Pho, obviously. Beef rendang. Shaking beef. And so forth...
So what are your favorites, so I can suggest take-out or cook-at-home ideas?
