1. Schedule change - dont rule it out.. AA has been loading updates pretty much every 3-4 days of changes from what I hear to "adjust to evolving holiday demand"
2. Why not split ticket? Your 72hr RT-PCR test should still be valid and once exemption approval from Air Suvidha is received - its all thats needed. On the air suvidha form - they dont ask details for origination (except flight no and seat no) indian immigration will not ask for RTPCR test (that happens before - atleast in DEL and BLR)... if immigration asks, you stopped for a day in London...

I think this will work... but yea - to be absolutely safe, take the credit shell and book UA/AI to DEL/BOM.. .
