This is just a copy paste from Air Bubble agreement website which has conflicting information information. Theoretically we cannot transit from any country from Air bubble agreement and Lufthansa page but some flights are allowing indian passport holders to transit which is why I was asking if somebody had any practical experience in transiting from Germany to India.
