Well the Prive $100 credit and the 3rd night free paired with the currently extraordinarily low rates in BKK.
HR and PH both still have this promotion but of course much higher headline rates. Don't ask me how the Hyatt Regency thinks they can command double the rate than what GH BKK has. Fantasy world!
