BA have applied to operate LGW-MAN
Well I’ve just seen this on Twitter (SPD Travels) and I can honestly say I’m in shock. It’s earmarked to be 3x daily with a nightstop. First departure from MAN at 6:05 to allow easy connections.
I honestly believe this is just a slot sitting exercise to stop Wizz getting LGW slots. Why would BA need a LGW-MAN route now when short haul may not going back to LGW and the premium long haul routes (Barbados/Bermuda/Orlando) have moved to LHR?
