can update with my own experience (flight out of BKK this week):

Open are:
TK lounge (small range of food available, wines, beers soft drink (photo below; it was not soooo empty as other guest was just in the restroom, when I took the photo)

TG Royal Orchid Lounge Concourse E West: only frozen food, beer, softdrink, no wine. The F section is closed, but F passengers can sit in the private room

i have taken some more photos from completely empty Swampy; not sure where to post them... open new thread in TG section?
