I had extra dough so today I only had to bake corn cherry scones. I’m forever grateful to LapLap for their guidance on making one of my favorite bakery treats, which has also given me the freedom to never initiate a return to bakeries for myself; I just go to them because of my family’s requests.

but I did also ponder the potato salad on toast :-)
I love everything else I’ve had in Spain - I’ve spent total 9 weeks there during the 80s & 90s and still love paella so much.
