To be clear, the coupon I posted a pic of a few posts back and which was handed out at EWR when entering the UC for a Polaris flight allowed multiple premium drinks at EWR UC. The same for IAD.
Added: food options are, however, still atrocious at the UC. I ended up going to the AirFrance/KLM lounge at IAD to eat (with PP access).
I still prefer the sandwiches in the LH lounge. But I agree, overall AF is the best overall for food
