I've read reviews that the crew tend to forget about passengers seating on the smaller cabin.
You love or you hate row 6 in the 777. There might be Y passengers passing via row 6 to get to the galley, even though the curtains are closed. This usually happens when friends and family of cabin crew are on board and when J is full, so they're seated in Y.
If there is no traffic, it is a more quiet part of J than the part in front. Staff won't forget about you.
The only thing to keep in mind is that you've lost direct aisle access with your new seat: all 787-10 seats have direct aisle access and in the 777s only the middle seats ensure you don't have to climb over someone else or vice versa. To avoid this, you might want to change to one of the middle seats (D/G). Sometimes 6D/G on the KL 777s are blocked until OLCI for babies, but you can call and ask for these seats when they're blocked.
