Hi all, so I forgot to post this last month when I flew, but AI service was quite limited. Lounges in BOM are still closed, though I suspect the AI lounge in DEL is open (because the AI domestic lounge in DEL was open in June when I flew there last). On the BOM-LHR route no amenity kit was provided, and the only alcoholic beverage provided was beer. Meals were quite basic, but also didn't leave you wanting for more. Attached is a picture from the pre-arrival meal that was served before landing at LHR.
