If you book a promo fare round trip and fly the outbound as your bought it, you are theoretically allowed to change the inbound flight at historical promo fare levels if the new flight is part of the promo flying period. Not sure if it works online, so perhaps 20 EUR call centre fee, and perhaps it does not even work "because the computer says so".
