Just googled and see that Ottolenghi loves dried limes...I am going to check my Middle East market for them.
Yup, we have a pretty good stockpile and can definitely make either of those, but we've since decided to scrounge because we have a lot of leftovers in the house. So one of those will be bumped until tomorrow.
