Fancy! You have all the ingredients to make either of those? I have not heard of dried limes but I was jonesing for Persian food today. I have leftover lamb chops so that is tonight but I might do takeout from local Persian greasy spoon tomorrow.
Just googled and see that Ottolenghi loves dried limes...I am going to check my Middle East market for them.
