Booked Latitude Economy Reward and it says:

Upgrade not available
  • Your flights may be outside the upgrade booking window.
  • The fare you purchased is not eligible for upgrade.
  • There are no further flights to upgrade in your itinerary.
I thought Latitude fares can request and clear upgrades at any time? Expertflyer shows R9.
