China is currently the safest country (or one of them). Sure, it controls entry into China but all other countries on the green list do too.
It's even crazier when you think that China is on the list on the potential "safe" countries established by the European Commission.
We are supposed to be just one "reciprocal travel agreement" away from opening borders to them, yet placing the country at the worst level. Total nonsense.

And also French nationals holding their breath for 9 month for the ability to fly there without having to jump through hoops... Oddly enough, every month that passes makes this possibility more hypothetical.
