This is not deserving of any kudos, it's a slap in the face against any customer who was suckered into paying for Polaris. What I would expect from a Polaris hub experience, is being offered an unlimited choice of hot soups, hot entree dish, and special desserts along with unlimited premium beverages from the lounge, to be brought out from the kitchen to me by a staff member, along with a reserved area of the lounge set aside just for Polaris customers.
Maybe in normal times. For me Polaris is all about the lie-flat seat and gel pillow, but then again I realize that not everyone is following the CIA diet in syncing food & bev intake to destination. Then again, I was never fond of the Polaris dining menu (buffet excepted), so I'm not missing much.
